NOTE: This data is only accessible for district-level administrators who are overseeing the Analogies Program. District Administrators can log in here. If you have a license for the Analogies Program and need access to your District Admin Console, please contact us at support@legendsoflearning.com.

You can track both performance and usage data for the Analogies program within your District Admin Console.

NOTE: The data from these reports are not meant to identify students as gifted. Rather, they provide information to help determine who is using the program to fidelity.

Both types of data can be accessed by clicking Analogies Performance in the left-navigation menu.

NOTE: This report currently has the date range hardcoded to 8/1/24 --> Previous Day. So if you're running this report on January 1st 2025, the report will show data for 8/1/24 - 12/31/24. We are working on giving users the ability to control the date range.

Once the report loads, use the school filter to tailor your reports accordingly. Be sure to click Apply Changes to reload the report with your filters enabled.

Analogies Program Assessment Performance

NOTE: The performance data only accounts for students that have fully completed the assessments represented in each data set. Students who have started an assessment, but not finished, will not be reflected in this data.

The Program Pre-/Post- Test Performance graphs visually display the growth students achieved from their initial pre-assessment to the post-assessment for each course.

The next set of graphs, Specific Analogy Assessment, displays average student scores on the assessments that follow the digital games for each analogy type in each course.

The Number of Students Completing Assessments graphs allow you to easily track progress towards course completion.

Below the assessment performance graphs are tables that break down each above graph at both school and teacher level.

The first set of tables break down the Pre- vs. Post- Assessment Results to easily track growth for each course. In the %Change column, you can easily view student growth for each campus, teacher, and student.

The Assessment Performance tables break down the performance, and completion count, for all assessments in each course (program pre- & post-assessments and assessments following each digital game) for each school, teacher, and student.

NOTE: You can sort data in the tables using the drop-down arrow in each column header.

Analogies Program Completed Activities

NOTE: The usage data only accounts for students that have fully completed the activities represented in each data set. Students who have started an activity, but not finished, will not be reflected in this data.

The Program Pre-/Post- Test Performance graphs visually display the number of students that completed each activity across both courses. You can expect the completion count for Mixed Analogies activities to be double the others as there are two digital games for this analogy.

The following tables break down the activity completion count for each course at the school, teacher, and student levels. You can expect the completion count for Mixed Analogies activities to be double the others as there are two digital games for this analogy.

NOTE: You can sort data in the tables using the drop-down arrow in each column header.
