School Admins can use the Act As feature to sign in as Teachers or Students within their assigned schools. This provides temporary access to a user’s account for up to 60 minutes.
This feature is useful for troubleshooting issues or reviewing how a user experiences the platform.
Click Users & Schools on the left navigation menu. Then, select the user type you want to access (Teachers or Students).
Use Add Filter or search to narrow your search if needed.
Locate the user, then click the three dots to the far right of the user’s name. Then, click Act As.
Select Open as.
A new browser tab will open and you will be signed in to that user’s account.
IMPORTANT: Act As provides full access to the user’s account. Any changes you make while signed in will be applied to the user’s actual account.
To stop acting as the user, click Return to Admin in the top-right corner to return to your School Admin account.
