Purchases of premium currency (“Sundrops”) in Awakening may be processed through third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) or directly through Legends of Learning (via Stripe). Please review the policy below regarding refunds.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases of Sundrops are considered final. Once Sundrops are added to an account, they are generally not refundable or transferable.
Spent Currency
Refunds are not available for Sundrops that have already been spent or used within the game. Virtual currency and the items obtained with it cannot normally be reversed once used.
Platform Purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play)
If your purchase was made through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must request a refund directly through that platform.
Legends of Learning does not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google. Refund requests for these purchases are subject to the platform’s refund policies.
Direct Purchases (Stripe)
If your purchase was made directly through Legends of Learning (via Stripe), you may submit a refund request to our support team.
Refunds for direct purchases may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
Unauthorized purchases (for example, purchases made by a child without parental permission)
Accidental purchases
Technical issues that prevented the Sundrops from being delivered
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
One-Time Goodwill Refund
Because Awakening is designed for students, Legends of Learning may offer a one-time goodwill refund for an unauthorized or accidental purchase made by a child.
This exception is limited to one refund per account
It applies only to direct (Stripe) purchases
Approval is at the sole discretion of Legends of Learning
Additional refund requests after a goodwill refund has been granted may be declined
Time Limit for Requests
Refund requests for direct (Stripe) purchases must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Abuse Prevention
To prevent abuse of the refund system, accounts that repeatedly request refunds after spending Sundrops or using purchased items may have future refund requests declined.

Account username
Date of purchase
Transaction receipt or order ID
Platform used (Apple, Google, or Stripe)
Description of the issue
Our support team will review the request and respond as soon as possible.
