NOTE: District assignments are only available to partners with a district-level license. District Administrators can log in here. If you have a district-level license and need access to your District Admin Console, please contact us at support@legendsoflearning.com.
You are able to edit and publish any assignment set from your District Templates. First, select the Manage option on the left-navigation menu, then navigate to the District Templates tab.
Locate the assignment set you want to publish. You can use the search bar to find the assignment set as well.
If you do not need to make any changes to the draft assignment set, click the Publish button.
If you need to make edits to the set before publishing, choose edit or click the assignment set name and make any changes needed to your assignments. When ready to publish, you can choose the Publish to Teachers button in the bottom right:
The first step is to confirm the teachers and/or schools that will have access to the assignments. You can select whole schools, or expand each school to select specific teachers.
Note that teachers will not appear on this list unless they have signed into their Legends of Learning teacher accounts and selected the grade level and subject that matches the set you are publishing.
If you choose to send the set to the entire school, any teacher at that school who signs in for the first time while the assignment set is live will be able to see the assignments.
Once you have confirmed the recipients, click Next to verify the dates of the published assignments. The Assignment Set Start Date is the date the assignments will first be visible in teachers' accounts.
You can also control the dates of specific assignments. Choose Edit Schedule to gain granular control of the dates assignments are available to students. Note that teachers can edit these dates later in their accounts if they wish.
You can also update the name of the assignment set. An unpublished copy of this draft will remain in your district templates under the current name.
When finished editing the dates and name, click Next to review the details of the set before publishing. Note that the content and name of the assignment set cannot be edited after you publish to teacher.
Wait for a confirmation that the set has been published.
Your students can now start playing and teachers can monitor their progress! You can also access student data from your District Admin Console.
