NOTE: District assignments are only available to partners with a district-level license. District Administrators can log in here. If you have a district-level license and need access to your District Admin Console, please contact us at support@legendsoflearning.com.

For both Legends of Learning and District templates, you can copy individual assignments to existing or new assignment sets. This will allow to mix and match pre-created assignments to customize sets that better suite your school's curriculum.

From any template activities page, you can use the bulk actions checkboxes to the left of the assignments and assessments to select which you would like to copy. Then, you will see the options to either Copy to District Assignment Set or Copy to New Assignment Set at the top of the page.

NOTE: Click the checkbox next to Bulk Actions to select all assignments and assessments in the current set.

Selecting Copy to District Assignment Set will allow you to choose the existing district template to add the selected assignments to, as well as the position relative to the existing assignments in the set.

Once you Copy the assignments to your template, you will see the option to go to the updated template or continue working in the current template.

On the updated template, the copied assignments will be in the selected placement and include "(Copy)" in the name. You can now edit these assignments as needed within their new set.

Selecting Copy to New Assignment Set will allow you to make a new template starting with the selected assignments and assessments. You will be able to choose a name for the new set before choosing Copy.

This will create a new district template that includes your selected assignments and assessments. You can Go to the new template to edit, or continue working in the current template.
