NOTE: District assignments are only available to partners with a district-level license. District Administrators can log in here. If you have a district-level license and need access to your District Admin Console, please contact us at support@legendsoflearning.com.

You are able to edit your assignment set templates to send them to teachers as well as make updates to published assignment sets through your District Admin Console.

Editing District Templates

First, select the Manage option on the left-navigation menu then choose the District Templates tab. This template library contains unpublished copies of all assignment sets either copied from a Legends of Learning template or created by district administrators.

Locate the assignment set you want to edit. You can use the search bar or filters to find the assignment set as well.

From the three-dot menu to the right of the assignment set, you can choose to edit, duplicate, delete, or publish the template to teachers. You can also edit the assignment set by clicking the name.

Once the assignment set is open, you will now be able to add content, update dates, and publish the set to teachers. You can also use the bulk actions to copy existing assignments from Legends of Learning or district templates to new or existing templates.

Editing Published Assignment Sets

For published assignments, you are ONLY able to update the schools and teachers the assignment set is sent to as well as the dates of the assignments.

To start, go to the Manage section of your left navigation menu, then go to the Published tab. You can use the search and filters to locate your assignment set.

You are not able to edit any of the content of published assignment sets. If you would like to edit the content, you will need to Duplicate the set by selecting the three-dot menu. This will create a district template you can edit and publish, then you can Delete the incorrect set.

To update the schools, teachers, or dates for the published set, you can choose Update Teachers & Dates in the three-dot menu, or click the assignment set name.

Clicking the assignment set name will take you to the set's page, where you can review the assignment, including the current dates and recipients. From here, you can choose to Update Teachers & Dates.

This will open the Send to Teachers dialog box.

You can update the schools and/or teachers the set is published to or configure the assignment schedule.

When your changes are complete, review them in the third step then choose Send to Teachers to apply the changes.
