NOTE: District assignments are only available to partners with a district-level license. District Administrators can log in here. If you have a district-level license and need access to your District Admin Console, please contact us at support@legendsoflearning.com.

Pre-created district assignment templates are provided by Legends of Learning as an easy way to quickly publish assignment sets to your schools with minimal time and effort. All pre-created assignment sets are state standard and grade-level aligned.

To begin, sign in to your District Admin Console and select Manage in the left navigation menu.

Locate the assignment set you would like to publish. You can use the search bar and filters to help find the assignment.

Once you have located the assignment set, you can choose the three-dot menu to the right to either Add to District Templates or Publish to Teachers.

You can also click the assignment set name to review the content in the set. From here, you can also choose to Add to District Templates if you would like to make edits to the assignment set before publishing, or you can choose Publish to Teachers if you would like to immediately publish the set.

Choosing to Add to District Templates will make a duplicate of the assignment set. You can choose a new name for the duplicated set.

Then you can choose to Go to New Assignment Set if you would like to continue with editing the assignment, or you can find the duplicate later in the District Templates library.

See this article to learn more about your District Template library and how to edit and publish those assignment sets.

Choosing Publish to Teachers will immediately open a dialog that will allow you to select the schools and/or teachers to publish to, the assignment set name, and assignment dates.

NOTE: The content of the assignment cannot be edited after it has been published. For more information about editing published assignments, see this article.
