NOTE: District assignments are only available to partners with a district-level license whose district admin has opted to push out District Assignments to teachers.

You can track teacher and student data to monitor progress and growth on standards as students complete summative assessments within district assignments.

To begin, access your School Admin Account and select Analytics then Summative Assessments.

First, select the math or science standards that you wish to view data for.

In any of the following views, you have additional filters that can be accessed by clicking the gray FILTER button.

  • By default, learning objectives which have not be assessed through summative assessments will be hidden. You can click the checkboxes below these items to include those on your data table.

  • You can opt to view only specific grade levels, teachers, schools, and/or change the date range for which you are viewing data in order to zone in on particular times of the school year. The default range will span the entire school year.

The table will display the list of teachers at your assigned school and their class' achievement on each standard. To look closer at individual student achievement within those teachers' classrooms, choose the teacher from the filter bar dropdown menu or by clicking the teacher name in the first column.

The teacher view will show individual student data on summative assessments within that classroom.

The color bands within the data table allow you to monitor student performance within each learning objective.

  • Red = Percent of students who scored a 0-50% on the summative assessment items for that learning objective.

  • Yellow = Percent of students who scored a 50-75% on the summative assessment items for that learning objective.

  • Green = Percent of students who scored a 75-100% on the summative assessment items for that learning objective.

Hover over any of the color bands to get a breakdown indicating the percentage of students who scored within each band.

The top three rows of the data table show the total number of questions answered and correct as well as the total percentage correct for each learning objective.

The second through fourth column shows the total number of questions answered and correct, as well as total percentage correct, across all learning learning objectives for each school/teacher/student.

To refresh your data while students are actively working in the summative assessments, click the REFRESH DATA button in the top right of the filter bar.
