With the Basic version of Legends of Learning, you are able to have up to 4 assignments Live or Scheduled at a time. However, within each assignment, you can have up to 10 activities (games, videos, or assessments).
If you are unable to create or schedule new assignments without being prompted to upgrade your account, it is likely because your account has reached the limitation of assignments allowed in the basic version of Legends of Learning.
To manage existing assignments and free up space, follow these steps:
Navigate to the My Assignments tab in your Legends of Learning account.
Identify the assignment you want to end.
Click the three dots located under the "Actions" section next to that assignment.
Select End Assignment from the dropdown menu. By ending an assignment, you will then be able to create a new one. NOTE: You may need to refresh your page after ending the assignment.
When creating your assignment, feel free to add additional games or assessments!
If managing four assignments simultaneously becomes difficult or restrictive, consider upgrading to a Premium Classroom license, which removes assignment limits and offers additional features.
