Legends of Learning: Awakening offers students access to premium features that are provided with paid subscriptions to an Awakening Adventure Pass. We offer these subscriptions under one (1) month, six (6) month, and annual terms that renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. The renewal date is at the end of the term purchased.

Renewals

Unless an Adventure Pass subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date, Legends of Learning will charge you for the renewal of the subscription upon expiration of the initial term, using the same method of payment chosen at the time of the initial purchase.

The renewal will be for the same term and amount as the initial purchase. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Adventure Pass subscriptions can be canceled according to the method that the Adventure Pass was purchased. Your options include:

  • Canceling through a student account

  • Canceling through the Parent Portal - if the subscription was originally purchased via the Parent Portal

  • Canceling through the Apple or Google Play Store - iPad or Android app subscriptions must be canceled directly through the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

The account will retain Adventure Pass access through the end date of the currently active subscription. Your credit card will not be charged again upon the end of the subscription.

NOTE: Refunds are not given for cancellations unless requested. Refunds must be requested within the timeframes listed below in our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Requests for a full refund will be granted if requested within:

  • 7 days of purchase for one (1) month subscriptions

  • 14 days of purchase for six (6) month subscriptions

  • 30 days of purchase for one (1) year subscriptions

A refund must be expressly requested by the owner of the subscription within the timeframes listed above.

Adventure Pass access will expire the business day that the refund is processed by Legends of Learning.

The refund will only be issued to the credit card used to make the initial purchase. Funds will return to the credit card within 7-10 business days.

If you choose to cancel the Adventure Pass subscription without expressly requesting a refund from Legends of Learning by e-mail, a refund will not be granted. Requests for refunds should be sent to support@legendsoflearning.com.

After the grace period listed above, based on subscription term, has elapsed, a refund will not be granted, nor will Legends of Learning offer a pro-rated refund.
