Can I Modify My Adventure Pass Subscription for Awakening?

Managing your Adventure Pass on Legends of Learning is simple. Whether you want to switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan—or make another adjustment—this guide walks you through what to expect and how to proceed.

Overview of Subscription Modification

At this time, modifying an Adventure Pass subscription usually involves canceling your current plan and purchasing a new one. The best timing for this depends on your current plan, billing cycle, and refund eligibility.

Switching Subscription Plans

From Monthly to Another Plan (for example, Annual)

If you’d like to move from a monthly subscription to a longer-term plan, such as an annual subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Cancel your monthly subscription

    1. Allow your current monthly Adventure Pass subscription to end. Do not purchase the yearly subscription while the monthly one is still active.

  2. Wait for Subscription End Date

    1. It is recommended to wait until the day after the monthly subscription officially ends to avoid any complications.

  3. Purchase the new plan

    1. Once the monthly subscription has ended, you can purchase the yearly Adventure Pass subscription. This ensures that all account details and progress are retained during the transition.

From Annual to Another Plan (for example, 6-Month)

If you want to switch from a longer subscription to a shorter one, you have two options:

  • Cancel and request a refund
    If you are within the refund window outlined in our Refund Policy, you can cancel your annual subscription, receive a refund, and purchase the new plan right away.

  • Turn off renewal and wait
    You can keep your current subscription active until it expires, then purchase the new plan once the current one ends.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not immediately remove access—you’ll continue to have access through the paid period.

  2. Depending on timing and eligibility, you may qualify for a refund when making changes mid-term.

  3. Rest assured, transitioning between subscription types does not affect any account data, inventory, progress, or achievements. All information remains safe and intact during the process.
