Overview of Subscription Modification
At this time, modifying an Adventure Pass subscription usually involves canceling your current plan and purchasing a new one. The best timing for this depends on your current plan, billing cycle, and refund eligibility.
Switching Subscription Plans
From Monthly to Another Plan (for example, Annual)
If you’d like to move from a monthly subscription to a longer-term plan, such as an annual subscription, follow these steps:
Cancel your monthly subscription
You can cancel it immediately. In some cases, a partial refund may apply if the correct plan was purchased.
Or, you can choose to cancel at the end of your current billing period and continue using the subscription until then.
Purchase the new plan
Once your monthly subscription is canceled (either immediately or at the end of the cycle), you can sign up for the annual plan.
From Annual to Another Plan (for example, 6-Month)
If you want to switch from a longer subscription to a shorter one, you have two options:
Cancel and request a refund
If you are within the refund window outlined in our Refund Policy, you can cancel your annual subscription, receive a refund, and purchase the new plan right away.Turn off renewal and wait
You can keep your current subscription active until it expires, then purchase the new plan once the current one ends.
Cancellations and Refunds
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not immediately remove access—you’ll continue to have access through the paid period.
Depending on timing and eligibility, you may qualify for a refund when making changes mid-term.
