To view student mastery of topics in Awakening, select Awakening on your left navigation menu.
Then, select View Reports.
On the Awakening Mastery page, you will see a report indicating student mastery for all topics encountered in Awakening. The report defaults to display data for both Teacher Assigned and Independent Play (Home Progress) for the current school year.
To limit the data to only Teacher Assigned or Home Progress, use the toggles found at the top of the report.
You can also toggle between the Math and Science reports to view data for any topics within each subject area.
In the displayed data table, you will see your students and the topics they have worked on. You can filter the report by date, group(s) and/or learning objective(s). You can also search for individual students. NOTE: Only students with data for the relevant filters will be displayed.
Within the data table, status indicators show student performance for each topic:
Empty Circles = NOT STARTED - The student has not yet answered any questions in Awakening related to this topic.
Quarter Filled Circles = ASSESSING - The student is currently being assessed. A Mastery Score will be available once they answer at least 15 questions.
Half Filled Circles = IN PROGRESS - The student has answered at least 15 questions but has not mastered the topic yet.
Gold Stars = MASTERED - The student has successfully mastered the assigned topic!
You can hover your mouse over any icon to see more detailed data such as the number of questions the student has answered, how many have been answered correctly, their current mastery score, and date mastered. You can also view any relevant prerequisite topics and whether the student has mastered those topics.
