For targeted instruction within Awakening, teachers can assign timed Awakening sessions for students! You control the standard and the amount of time students spend before returning to your other assigned activities.
NOTE: This feature is currently not recommended if your students use iPads to access assignments.

When creating your assignment, click the Add New button to add Awakening as an activity.
In the Awakening section, click Timed Session, and then Select This.
Search for the standard you want students to engage with in Awakening. Click on the standard to select it.
Use the arrows to adjust your desired playtime. Then click Add This.
Awakening will now appear as an activity in your assignment.
When students are playing your assignment, they will see the set playtime for the Awakening activity you added.
Once students reach the end of your allotted playtime, they will be directed to your next assigned activity.
Awakening will also appear at the end of all assigned activities to provide an early finisher, regardless of if you include it as an activity in your assignment or not.
